Mission Statement
At Stone Clan Education Center, we devote ourselves to the evolution of loving awareness and healing through the art of massage therapy. We are committed to educating our students in a safe place where all may feel free to share and grow. We work constantly to ensure the highest degree of honesty integrity and compassion in order to move more fully into the light of understanding. We dedicate our time and energy to providing each student with all of the necessary tools to pursue a successful career in massage therapy.

School Overview
The stone Clan Education Center was founded in 2002 to train existing therapists in the art of LaPolar/LaStone therapy. It arose from the collaboration of Rick and Dawn Bresett and Patricia Warne to produce marble cold stones to use in conjunction with basalt hot stones. In 1997, Patricia discovered marble as the perfect stone to retain cold, adsorb heat and inflammation from the body, and bring feminine energy to balance the male energy of basalt. Rick became the steward of the marble stones and has been shaping stones for therapists ever since. To introduce this new modality, Rick and Dawn opened the Stone Clan Education Center for post-graduate classes. In order to complete the circle, they have expanded the school to include the 658 Hour Massage Program. It has been a magical evolution this far, and they are planning a dynamic future for the school. It begins with you.

Facilities
The school is located at #736, 6530 Road, Montrose, CO 81401. Our classroom is spacious, open and airy. It is furnished with modern equipment including massage tables, stools, bolsters, roasters for moist heat packs and spa treatments and massage chairs. Overhead projection, charts, flash cards, Zoologik Manikens, and anatomical models are utilized to enhance the learning experience. A reference library is also available to students.
